So I usually fall asleep between 10:30 and 11 pm.  I mostly wake up feeling exhausted or still tired. I know that's not very healthy for me. I don't ever wake up in the middle of the night. It's just in the morning when I wake up, I'm still tired. I'm usually okay during the day, and I don't take naps. I go to school and usually don't have time for naps when I get home. I need some advice on how to wake up feeling refreshed and like I got the amount of sleep I need. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. :)

I don't know about waking up so refreshed but I know I had the same problem so I would force myself to get up and drink a few glasses of ice cold water and your insta awake . I know it's not much but it helps me so I hope I helped.

Try sleeping more because your body will get used to sleeping. You can either drink something that will make you tured such as zquil. Another thing is when you wake up just close your eyes and dontbthink about anything and let your body loose.

have yourself checked for sleep apnea, iron deficiency, and depression... all of these things could contribute to what your talking about

if you dont want to get checked out for these things you could try taking iron supplement daily,  and b12 daily will also help
